Your watch should give you years of trouble free service. In the event that it needs periodic maintenance or repair, we will help you getting your watch serviced. The first place that you should visit is where you purchased your Atlantic, Epos, Vollmer, or Yantar watch. Your retailer will handle your request promptly.

If you purchased your watch directly from GNT, simply call us and we will take care of the rest. If we have a dealer near you, we will refer you to them, otherwise, we will ask you to send your watch to us. Please do not send the watch to us before talking to us on the phone. We may be able to handle it more quickly through one of our retailers in your area and you can return to enjoying your watch more quickly.
