How are fine watches distributed in the USA?
There are some Web sites that offer prices too good to be true. Well, you know the expression "if it sounds too good to be true, it is too good to be true." These sites offer absurdly low prices, have no return policies, they do not give any phone number you can call and talk to someone, and claim to be a British company with only a New Jersey fax number. Beware of such sites and their too good to be true deals. Q. What happens if I buy a watch from these distributorsA. If you get your watch at all, you will be stuck with it whether it is the watch you want or not. We at GNT offer you a three-day return privilege. If you are not happy with the watch you bought from us, you may return it in three days, no questions asked, and we will refund your money, excluding shipping charges. Q. What if my watch needs service?A. If you bought your watch from GNT Watch, we will handle your service request and return your watch back to you as soon as possible. If, however, you purchased your watch from a bogus Web store, your only hope is that they can fix it. These bogus site are not authorized sellers, so the manufacturers won't recognize any warranties they issue. If you have questions that are not answered here please call us and we
will answer your questions honestly and openly. We at GNT thank you for
your patronage and for visiting our Web site. |
